Help for Upgrading PC

hey guys i need help on assembling my new rig.
my current rig:-
intel dh61ww motherboard
intel i3-2120@3.30ghz
4gb ram
graphics card nvidia geforce gtx 650

upgrade rig:-
intel dh87rl 4th gen motherboard
intel i7-4790 processor
8gb ram
graphics card nvidia geforce gtx 650

will my present(current rig) cabinet and PSU be enough or do i need to upgrade my psu and cabinet.if so, pls give me ur recommendations. i thank in advance.

So we have to guess at your " present(current rig) cabinet and PSU"?

As for your parts list, that motherboard is an injustice to that processor and the graphics card is wildly out of balance and under-powered compared to the processor.

yes.do i need to change the cabinet and psu for the new rig or else will the old one be fine ?
what about the processor and graphics card ?? can u be specific about the problem ?
