Help! fps started droppin in a new GPU!

Hey guys, so i bought a new GTX 970 ZOTAC and a 600W PSU

And after i installed everything i was really happy to see the performance while playing GTAV, OVERWATCH at TOP settings and 60 fps, now its been like two and a half weeks and suddenly GTAV and OVERWATCH started running around 30 FPS.

I checked temperature in the GPU and was fine, without running games its at 38-45ºC and when running GTAV it doesnt go higher than 77ºC

My core's temperature is fine as well.

I havent made changes to drivers since i installed it and havent reconfigured anything.

double check your gpu core clock. does it throttle down causing slow performance?

Nope, looks fine, i actually disconnected it and replugged and worked, maybe wasnt connected properly and was lacking wattage?

hopefully it is solved now and pray it is not some other nasty problem.
