Question Help, Frametime spikes in all games!!

High frame time spikes in pretty much all games UP TO 700!!!! HELP!!!

hello everyone, I have a decently new system
RTX 3060 ti
i5 11600k
16gb ddr4 crucial ram
z590 MB
So basically I've been witnessing crazy stutters and fps drops. it happened all of a sudden. i noticed my frametime is all over the place to.

what I've tried
clean reboot
ddu
replacing every part except gpu, no fix so prolly is the gpu,
tried SFC
I've tried game mode no difference
xmp, no difference
changing NVidia control panel setting, pretty much all of them
I've rolled back drivers
I've optimized drives
I've lowered all possible in game settings, no help
enabled vsync, no diff
I've ran heaven benchmark and the frametimes were spiking like crazy!
I need help thank you!!!

Check your system for malware, and check temps.

the temps seem to be normal and my system didn't find any malware, anyway i appreciate you replying so much
