I wasn't sure what category this would be under since I don't know what's wrong. If a admin would direct me in where I should ask for help please let me know. I've ran memtest, nothing showed up, I've completely reformatted and updated to all the latest drivers, I'm just completely stumped. Although I do have a theory maybe my internet could provoke this? Maybe it cuts out for a second and the only thing that bothers it is whenever I play League of Legends and watch streams. But I have no clue if that would make my client freeze and my stream buffer. I play other games and I have had no problems. These are my specs and I have windows 8.1.
Intel Core i7 4770K "Haswell" CPU
Intel 520 Series 240GB SSD
ASUS Sabertooth Z87 motherboard
Fractal Design Define R4
GeForce GTX 780 video card
WD Green 3TB hard drive
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 RAM
Seasonic G Series 550W power supply
bequiet! Dark Rock 2 CPU cooler
Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro headphones
Razer Deathadder 2013 gaming mouse
Filco Majestouch Cherry MX Brown 104 key Stealth printed mech. keyboard
ASUS Pro Art 248Q 24" monitor
This is my internet speed: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3788261839
EDIT* My clock at the bottom right of my computer is wrong too, I've set it right multiple times and checked for the right time zone and it's correct. I've read that it could be because the "small watch battery" in my motherboard is defective but I was wondering if anyone else had any other ideas on what I can do to fix? Whenever I set it right, it just slows down, maybe when I full screen a video or when I'm in a game? I don't know.
