Since September 2018 my computer has started freezing up every now and then. In the beginning it was freezing only like 3 times a day for no longer than 2 seconds(Barely noticed it). But now it's becoming more frequent and for longer periods of time. This occurs mostly when i have Google Chrome open, or when i'm gaming. It happens while im doing something as simple as watching youtube videos. It's now freezing anywhere from 1 to 10 seconds. Although i can sometimes still tab out, move my mouse, use some functions or other programs, but alot of others are all frozen up, i can still hear the audio from videos im watching but the video itself is stuck, i cant see the time moving, cant pause, nothing - the whole web browser is frozen, then sometimes when it unfreezes the video goes like super fast forward mode and i get kinda like a recap of everything that happened while it was frozen. I have Malwatebyes premium, did full scans, restarted computer, Ran a full CCcleaner, cleared temp files, Cleared browser history. I have no idea whats causing this.

Plz let me know with detailed instructions if you need any information to help solve this. Thank you so much to everyone in advance for even taking the time to help me with this. Very frustrating!!!

Here's a picture of the task manager i took after one of the freezes to see if anything was spiking https://gyazo.com/a9ceec57fd8259047a2a133b0bfcf7e3
but i've had internet problems before and it never caused my whole browser or game to completely freeze and stop responding
