Well, as you can turn on the PC, does the RAM work?
I am not sure how to check?
Well, is it being detected by the PC? Does Windows show the correct amount?
yes it shows it 16.0 gb
And is your PC failing to perform in any way? If not and the RAM is being used normally, there's no reason to think there's a problem. Fried RAM won't function at all.
You can run Memtest from HCI or Memtest86/Memtest64 for issues if you'd like, but I doubt at this point anything caused by the power supply have done anything to your RAM.
