After clicking on a game room, a window opens and indicates that it is
"Connecting to the game server..." and then I get "A connection to the game
server could not be established. Unspecified error." I have uninstalled,
cleaned, updated Directx, and reinstalled the game zone software and still
get the same error. I have been able to play games in the past without any
challenges. One thing different is that AT&T Accelerator is installed on
my system. When going to this page, I have tried to disable it. Is the
accelerator the problem or does someone have another idea. If it is the
accelerator, do I have to pick between Game Zone and the Accelerator?

It is possible that the AT&T Accelerator is interfering or otherwise caching
incorrect data. Uninstall it, reboot, and retry the Zone to see if that was
the problem.

Win ME, 256M, HP Pavilion, USR Ext V.AlmostEverything

I am (once again) getting lobby errors for no known reason
(since 28 Nov 03), most are IPF in riched20.dll, some
shdocvw.dll and/or kernel32.dll (all at 019F), 1 IPF in
<unknown> at DC34 and an invalid instruction in module
<unknown>. Elmo suspects my modem but theres nothing in
interrogation info to support that. Your thought(s) ?

For Your Info!
I've been using Nibblesnbits login script for IE since
last year set up to go to the spades (tourney) rooms page
and it used to work fine until they applied the patch that
changed the appearance of the pages, lobbies etc. the
script rarely works as expected, as if there is some minor
difficulty between passport signin and zone signin info
sharing. In most cases when I run the script I end up at
the passport login screen, I login then go to the zone
spades tourney room page (https://zone.msn.com/en/spades/
rooms_tourney.htm) where the signin/signout icon does NOT
display, my username does not appear and I get a zone
signin required message. If I go to support> changenick
without signing in, the signOUT icon and my zone nick now
appear on the screen and everything is as expected.

Thanks

It might help to add passport.com, msn.com, and Zone.com to your Trusted
Sites. That might prevent the second window from opening and messing up
the script. Try logging in and out manually till you get rid of the one
prompt.
