Help games keep crashing to desktop

Hi all, ive got a good running system but all of a sudden my games keep crashing, mostly to desktop but sometime they just freeze up and i have to task manager to get to desktop, games i have resently played and crashed are cod world at war and batman arkam asylum, i am on windows 7 64bit, i have done a sfc/scannow and it say there is some corrupted files and couldnt fix them all and this is the error after crashing,

my system is
windows 7 64 bit
corsair hx1000 watt psu
gigabyte ud5 p55 mobo
4ghz corsair ram
intell i5 cpu @ 4ghz
gigabyte gtx 470 soc overclocked @ core 800/shader 1600/mem 1695/voltage 1025/ fan speed 71%
creative soundblster xfi extreme gamer
samsung f1 700gb hdd
samsung 250 gb hdd

temps in system are good and gpu temps around 64 to 70 when playing games so its not an heat problem and all drivers are up to date but i resently brought a new mouse, a razer death adder and i have reinstalled the drivers for it twice now.
and is there anyway of founding out waht file are corrupted, cheers thanks for your help

hi thanks for reply, i have 1 antivirus softwear and i dont have it running when playing games, ive allso reinstalled al the latest drivers sound driver graphics drivers and ive put the voltage up a notch on the gpu, so far no crashes and as for the corrupted files i can not seem to find what they are but il keep trying, cheers

I had an issue with Crysis on Win7 and AVG, that it consistently crashed when I changed my settings. The problem was solved by adding the My Games folder to the exception list. This might work for you.
