Question Help. Games keep crashing to desktop

So I have been building a new PC from the ground up. The settings are as followed:
RTX 2080 TI
I7 9700K
16GB RAM
Motherboard ASUS Prime Z390-A
Windows 10 pro

I tried 5 different games and everyone is crashing to desktop. The games were (Rainbow Six: Siege, The Witcher 3, Metro Exodus, Monster Hunter World, Control)
There is no error-message coming up and otherwise I can use my PC just fine.
What I tried to fix the problem:
Update drivers, reinstalled old graphic cards drivers
Update BIOS
Deactivate Firewall
Clean Install windows
Changed Graphicscard to a new one
Changed Motherboard to a new one

I dont get any error-messages. Only in the event viewer I find this:

I dont know what I could do anymore, I even plugged some of the devices off, only let my keyboard on.
I also checked the fans, they are all working properly and I checked the temperature of CPU and GPU, both seems fine.
Anybody have some ideas?
