Question [HELP] Games not using GPU

Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone could help me with my issue, basically when playing games my CPU usage is very high (60 - 80% usage) and GPU usage is less than 5%, this happens on all games, even ones like warzone where you choose your display adaptor in the ingame settings, this causes frequent crashes on some high demanding games and lower preformance.

Specs:

GTX 1070ti (AsusROG)
Intel i5-9600kf
16GB RAM
1TB HDD
600W PSU

This problem occured after resetting my PC

HDMI & VGA cable are both plugged into GPU
