I have the i7 and the RAM already and I was wondering if there is any cheaper pieces that I can buy that i haven't bought yet! I want to buy the rest of the hardware by Black Friday!

I would really not suggest the Corsair CXM 450W PSU. Plenty powerful, but IIRC it's cheaply made.

Not sure what your budget is, but the 1060 3GB is not as powerful as the 1060 6GB card. If you can get the 6GB card, I'd suggest it. As is, the 1060 3GB + 4790K is going to drive every bit out of the GPU, but the CPU is overkill for that GPU.

My guess is Black Friday would have a decent SSD sale.
