help ! gaming rig tips : choosing the right components

I am building my first gaming rig and I am will be playing BF4, cod ghost , Watch Dogs, GTA V (when it came out) and other high end games. I would love a haswell or a AM3+ build,

could you choose help me choose my gaming rig components ?

I WOULD PLAY ALL THE HIGH END GAMES on High or ultra,

EDIT :
ALSO my I am not on a tight budget, my actual plan is to buy an i7 for a gaming rig, but I am thinking its an overkill. and for a FX 8350, I think its too old , shall I go with FX 8350 ?

i5 or rather xeon e3-12X0v2, but CPU is only a part of the rig so as far as you didnt provide what GPU will that be we cannot tell anything more.
