[HELP]Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H or ASUS B85M-G.Which one is better?

I have a simple question.
Which one is better and which one should I buy?
Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H or ASUS B85M-G

I will use these components on this motherboard:
Sapphire Radeon HD7870 GHz Edition 2GB GDDR5
Intel Core i3-4170
ThermalTake SmartSE SPS-530M 530W
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3

So which one is better for my rig?
My requirements when i looked for motherboards was to have PCIe 3.0 slot and 4 ram slots.

i go with gygabyte brand .you looking in wrong things,there is more different futures like partitions ease flash BIOS more sata 6gb slots usb 3.0 more slots if you wanna hook up internal HHD DVD WHATEVER .

i would go with the gigabyte one.
i personally have the asus b85m-g mobo.
i only found out that the asus has 2 fan headers(1 cpu, 1 case) when i bought it, otherwise i proberly went with the gigabyte one, since it has 4 fan headers(1cpu, 3case).
if you ever want to do crossfire, then i would highly suggest the gigabyte motherboard
