Question HELP! Gigabyte Mobo Code "02" then occasionally "CC"

Started a new build on an Aorus Xtreme TRX40 board. Powered on and the fans are going at what seems like full blast. Nothing out of the hdmi. The led screen on the board says 02 then occasionally CC. It's not in the manual. WHAT DO I DO!!!

Are you SURE that's 02, and not D2? Because they would look the same. D2 is a PCH initialization error.

Seems like the C range of error codes are memory related.

Full blast fans usually indicate either no memory installed, no CPU installed or bent pins on the CPU.

I'd pull the CPU and make sure you didn't bend any pins on installation, before going any further.
