Help!! got a new motherboard and the pins are bent

There is 1 pin that is badly bent like upside down and like 4 that are just kinda crooked is there anyway to fix this? and if not how much will it cost for it to get repaired/ replaced

Motherboard; ASrock z270m pro4

The cpu like cover was very hard to put down and that may be why it happened or when i put the cooler on top its pretty big might have done it

P.S my cpu has what looks like burn marks on the back like little areas that are darker than the rest of the cpu is the CPU dead you guys think or is it just cause of the motherboard pins

Yoi can try bending the pins back if its new just return it and possibly but you wont know if the cpu is dead untell you get a working mobo

1. where did you get motherboard and cpu ?
2. when you state my cpu cover was very hard to put down, I will ask" did you line up the point with the dot ?"
3. the cooler did not bent pins, but from what I am reading, your likely the one having put improperly the cpu into the die of the motherboard that bent them.
there are videos that show how to fix most issues, it will take time, patience and a magnifying lenses, and tweezers.
