Help! Gpu death?

First k am from my phone and that is what happend, after the day from nothing my PC turn all rare and I have to restart it after I turn it on I went to device manager and my EVGA GTX 760 was unabled and now I see all like that what u think is it ? My spec

Intel i770k
GTX 760
Asus formula ix
16gb ram

Looks like GPU death, is it new? Sometimes you're just unlucky as hell and the GPU die with no apperently reason, but I think those stuff have fix, but you'll a real pro for that

only way to see if the problem really is the GPU is if you try to boot with another GPU or inserting the video cable on the mobo, instead of the video card (remove the graphic card for that). Also I live in Brazil, so it's tough for me to help you find someone, but to fix such problem you'll need someone really skilled on the GPU area, it's something simple

Check the inside and see if anything is loose (PCIe slot, 6 pin).

nothing all is god, anyway this happend from nothing playing csgo, i try in other pcie too, i will try to boot in safe mode

No, I can't tell you with the info I got here that your GPU toasted.
Fisrt of all you gotta make your self sure 100% that's your GPU that is broken (by the image I belive so) if yes, I don't belive there's something you can do about it.
About '' inserting the video cable on the mobo'' forget it.
