I have been playing alot of dayz recently and i have tweaked some settings to boost fps. After that (idk if coincidently) my monitor started going pitch black. But it will start working again after i press the reset button. It only did that rarely and yesterday my screen went black for good. So i checked the gpu and gpu fan wasnt spinning. I tried switching monitors also but still didnt detect the computer. I took out the gpu cleaned it a bit and still no good.. I NEED HELPPPP!

I5 3570k
R9 280x
Ballistix 1×8gb ram
Asrock z77 extreme4 mobo
525W sentey psu

Solution
I would definitely be looking at the PSU; the specification for the +12V rail (where the main components draw power from) is only rated at 30A and 360W, which is way below the 525W the manufacturer claims.

The TDP of the graphics card is 250W and the TDP of the 3570k (at stock speed) is 77W, totaling 327W just with those two components. If you've overclocked either component, that would have pushed the PSU over the edge.
What did you tweak? And if the fan isn't spinning, it's either not getting power or it's dead.

I've never heard of your PSU, nor can I find anything really about it online, and that's not a good sign. Did find that it has a single 12v rail, and for an I5 and a 280x, that's way too little. First thing to try, does your PC boot with the GPU in and plugged into the video on the motherboard. Taht will let you know if the PSU and MB are still good.

Solution
I tweaked the dayz game settings i had no idea what i was doing since i was following a step by step tutorial. But i had to change some numbers on the notepad and game launch settings. My computer turns on fine its just my gpu fan not spinning. And also i bought the psu on amazon for an affordable price with good reviews.

The problem definitely seems to be a weak PSU then.

Personally, I would avoid the Sentey brand altogether. Besides the Golden Steel 850W, there are no reviews for their other PSUs, which doesn't fill me with much confidence. Looking at the specification, the 725W version is only rated for 48A and 576W on the +12V rail, well below the 725W claim. It also lacks an 80+ efficiency rating and only has two PCIe connectors; a good quality 725W PSU will have at least four. 576W should sufficiently power your PC, but the lack of quality is concerning.

A good PSU for your build will start at around $90; this will get you an XFX XTR 650W, which is a rebadged Seasonic, who are arguably the best in the business.

You've bought a good quality processor and graphics card, and stifling them with a cheap PSU isn't a good idea.
