[SOLVED] Help Gpu fans full speed no display and mobo turns red and also self restarting

today, i open my pc but the fans of the gpu starts spinning fast and loud. It gives no display and when i checked the components while running the mobo gives a red light. Already reset my rams and gpu.

my pc is just 1 year old except for gpu which i bought 3 days ago

Specs:
cpu- i5 3470
mobo- 1155 asus model
rams- 2x2gb 1333mhz
psu- 600 watts tru rated aegis
gpu- gtx960 nvidia
hdd- 500gb seagate

After a couple of minutes i heard a beep sound 3 times ... please help me

3 beeps are RAM related issues. Try only 1 Ram in each slot till it works.
