Question HELP! GPU&Games FPS drop to 20-40 FPS after Bios Update with 6900XT

Hi guys, I need some help here.

I changed my RTX3070 to a 6900XT, but since the first day I used the 6900, some games had low FPS, such as APEX. Playing in 2K, and FPS was dropping at 90-100 FPS for no obvious reasons. As comparable, I had even more with the 3070!

So, yesterday, I decided to update the Bios (I had the original bios version). and now, I can't play any games anymore. Basically, the GPU drops to 0-5% every 10 seconds and the FPS drops to 20-30-40 FPS .

I did update some of the board drivers, and this morning I used DDU to remove any GPU drivers and reinstall everything. Same issue.

I did run Futuremark, and the benchmark is even better than the last one once I got my 6900XT, so the issue seems only when I play videogames.

The CPU runs normally, the temperature are good. I don't know what to do here.

Okay, I reinstalled windows 10. Same issue.

I found the source of the problem, it's when I have TeamSpeak or Discord open on my PC.

I tried to get Low Priority to TS, but same problem.

this is crazy, I have 144 FPS (no drop at all) and when TS is open, the game lags down to 30-40 FPS every 5 seconds.

Anyone has an idea?

Thanks.
