Help. GPU issues

I own a gtx 760, which up until now has run perfectly. On the windows experience index, gaming graphics has been a 7.9, but recently dropped to a 5.1. I don't know whats going on. I also have moved the computer around a bit in the last couple of days, could that have jostled something loose? Any input will help!

Is the computer running properly,
if yes, it aint broken so don't fix it.
Windows experience index is an index and since new gpu got out since, it might be the reason

What GPU did you have in there before?
Did you uninstall the old drivers etc?

What is your CPU, and what onboard graphics card does it have? What is the windows index score of it?
Do a scan via SystemRequirementsLab to ensure its currently detecting your GTX760.

Make sure you haven't plugged your monitor in to onboard GPU instead of your GTX760. 😉
