Hey guys,
So i currently live in Japan and bought a gpu yesterday (2070 gaming z) at a second hand store. I took it home to install and intentionally it went well. I took me to the windows desktop. A few moments later my Pc turned off. I tried turning it back on and i cant even get to the BIOS. The gpu turns on except that the fans after like 15seconds stop spinning. What might be the issue? I know buying a second hand gpu is iffy. My last gpu was a radeon 5700x. could it be the drivers? if thats the cause how can i install them if i cant even boot up to the desktop.
any advice will help.
