Help! Gpu problem/kinda

Hello there guys. A while ago, I bought myself a new laptop that has amd radeon r5 430M GPU and i3-6006U CPU. When I go to the dekstop and click "Display settings" and go to Advance settings, it says "Intel hd grapics 520". What may be the probem here?

PS (No, I didnt buy it 2nd hand, I bought it fresh in a near tech store)

That's obvious... I am askin, why is the igpu shown and not the actual gpu that is in the laptop.
