[SOLVED] Help! GPU usage dropping to 0% on new CoD

So, i've recently been playing the new Call of Duty and i'm having issues with performance. Whether im on max settings or on lowest settings my GPU usage will be at 95% and CPU at 60% then suddenly it will drop all the way to 0% GPU and CPU would go up to 100% usage causing a massive frame drop and freeze. All of my GPU drivers are up to date and the temperature tends to max out at 69c. I've been troubleshooting for a couple days now and i've got nowhere. My specs are: EVGA GTX 1070 8GB, I7-6700k @4.00GHz, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB 870evo SSD. I play a lot of other games that are quite intensive like Rust and have no issue at all, this is the only game that this occurs on.

My CPU only goes up to 100% when my GPU drops to 0%

what the disk and ram usage?
malware scan the system?
