Help: GPU works in my secondary rig, but not in my main one. However my old gpu works in the main PC just fine..

Hello, I am having an issue, I bought an rx560 to replace my current hd6790. However, when i plug it in it doesn't show any images on my screen. I tried to test it in a different pc, and the rx560 worked in there just fine. I thought something else was wrong with the PC then, but when i put back the old Hd6790, it worked fine again. So, the GPU is fine, it works in a different pc. All the other parts are fine as well, since they still work fine with the old hd6790. My PSU is fine too, 500w, and as i said it works for the 6790. What is the problem then? Is it BIOS related? Mobo won't accept the 560 but works with 6790 fine? I am completely lost.

What motherboard?

Update motherboard bios to the latest version.
