Hello, i have this GPU for almost 2 years. GT 440 1gb DDR5
last month i notice that my PC always crashes when i play games in high graphics, but time passes by even low graphics, it causes the PC to restart over and over again. i reformat my PC, but the problem gets worst when i put the GPU it wont last for 15minutes and it will restart, then 5 minutes it will restart again. I installed the driver of the GPU from its CD.
what is happening to my GPU? is it dying?
and i notice that when i touch the GPU when i using it, i feel the ground in the metal parts of the GPU. thanks for your future help.

When your GPU is being used, it's drawing more power from the PSU than when it's idle. It's possible that your PSU is dying. So replace the PSU and see if this occurs.

Before doing this though, download and run Furmark and see if your GPU temperature is getting too high when it's under load, like 80-90C. In that case, clean out the fan and heatsink to see if it'll help with overheating. If your system dies before the temps get too high, it's most likely a PSU problem.
