help graphics card stoped working!!!!

okay so i have a GTX 650 Ti graphics card i just replaced my hard drive and reinstalled windows the same one i had before the problem i have is i keep getting error 43 but i constantly re install the software and it doesn't help i try'ed from the website and from windows just updating it and it does recognize that its there because it shows up in my device manager and just says it isn't working windows stopped it because of error 43. i have windows 7
