Help Graphics Card

So I've had my MSI GTX 960 4GB graphics card for about 4 or 5 months now, and for some reason when I play games like arma 3, Rust, CSGO, and chivalry and others. I have this problem where my screen freezes so i have to tab out and back in and then my FPS drops drastically. For example I can be playing csgo maxed out at 1080 running at 250FPS and then my screen freezes and I tab in and out and then im running at a nasty 45 FPS. I monitor my GPU usage through afterburner on my second monitor and even tho i loose a lot of FPS the usage is still at 99. This also started happening around a week or two after i decided to OC my 960 through after burner at 200/350 which was pretty stable but now i'm crashing a lot. It's like my computer disables my graphics card. Also i only get my FPS back if i restart my computer where everything will run fine again until i crash again. Please help

CPU - i7 4790k
Mobo - MSI gaming 7
Ram - 32GB HyperX Beast 2400Mhz

Hey, maybe remove the OC for now. I had similar problems with my 670 OC.

What PSU do you have? Unstable voltage reg and ripple can cause problems with stability.

Remove the OC, or at least decrease it. It's clear that your card can't handle what you're pushing it to do.
Also be aware of voltage.

On afterburner i didnt touch the voltage setting because I did not know how to measure if i need more or not.
