Had to RMA my evga gtx 470 overheating issues did a crossship just got my replacement a gtx 950 used ddu to do a clean install of the drivers pc detects the 950 but when I install the drivers, says installing driver than my screen goes black have to power down is it the card? Evga thinks it could be my power supply CMPSU-750HX . Don't have another pc to test the 950 on.

Since I didn't have another pc to try it on decided to borrow my nephews monitor to try the hdmi port, and that worked guess the dvi port on the gtx 950 is bad?

Thanks for the help Flyfisherman, tried that didn't work all this time it was the dvi cable.. which worked fine on my previous card lol 2 hours later finally working.

Solution
Well., do Boot up in fail safe mode, then go into the Control Panel >Program > uninstall everything related

Restart the computer.
It Will try to load the Windows VGA driver, which is ok.
Do a Windows update
Restart.
Then Download the latest driver: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
And save it.

Then right click on the Setup file > choose 'Run as Administrator'
Restart

How is it working now?
