Hi guys,

My specs are

Asus Tuf H370 Pro gaming
Core i7 8700
Corsair (2x8) 16gb 2666mhz
Deepcool gammaxx gt
Corsair tx650m 80+ gold
Dell 24 inch s2419HN IPS 60HZ

I would be playing games such as league of legends, rainbow six siege,
fortnite, GTA V, Apex legends and PUBG

Do I need a GTX 1660ti or RTX 2060 card? please help me decide which I should card I should be going for.

Thank you :)

Honestly, at 1920x1080 @ 60Hz, I'd say the 1660 non-Ti would more than do it.

See the performance results on various games here. Those are all variously set to "Very High" or "Ultra" settings.

In the few games where it can't maintain a minimum of 60fps, if it's a problem you could probably turn some settings down.

BUT - the 1660Ti does offer an extra margin of performance.

Just pick the RTX 2060 even though it costs a little bit more it offers way more FPS than the GTX 1660ti, But dont enable RTX because it would reduce the FPS a lot.
And the RTX 2060 would probably be able to handle ULTRA settings on games releasing 4-5 years from now.

you got a 1080p 60hz monitor unless you plan on getting 120hz monitor anything which pump out 60fps at 1080p is fine for you anything above is waste of money, gtx1650, GTX 1060 6gb or 1660(non ti) at max.

Honestly 1660 ti and the rtx 2060 are over kill for 1080p 60hz gaming just go for a gtx 1060 6gb aorus gaming xtreme 180$ used on beat 1070 perfomance .

If you can afford the 2060 get that, you won't regret it
If you want to save some money you get the 1660ti - again a great card you won't regret it either
Just incase you ever move to 144hz@1080 they are still great cards
if you move to 1440 res then you would want the 2060

Check out this, but read the FULL review for better understanding
