So i bought an Crucial p3 ssd which is said to give 3500mb/s but i got only 800 something
I dint check the motherboard Pcie lane while buying it(i had no knowledge)
My motherboard is Asus PRIME H310M-E R2.0 and bios and driver is up to date ,I Found these in motherboard manual :
Expansion Slots
1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 mode, gray)
2 x PCIe 2.0 x1
M.2 Onboard(The latest transfer technologies with up to 10Gb/s data transfer speeds)
*1 When a device in SATA mode is installed on the M.2 socket, SATA_2 port cannot be used.Due to the Chipset limitation, when a M.2 device is installed in PCIe mode, the socket is set to PCIe 2.0.
So,
1)what is my Mobo pcie version???? 2)
2)Will it give 3500Mb/s Or i wasted my money? is Sata SSD related to this?
Thanks in advance.....
