*Help* Hard Disk Problems?

my Disk is going to 100% which is slowing my pc down a lot.
i also notice that during games my FPS drops from normal:200
to 5 and then back up again,

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Intel Core i7 7700K @ 4.20GHz

i've noticed the motherboard's temps are pretty high... as in 118 degrees

i've just built this computer a couple days ago.

Looks like your motherboard. Is damaged. May be.. I am not sure but it is possible. With PCH hub on motherboard. And try to formate your harddisk completely and delete its all partition and agai test it.

when you say your temperature is high.

Are we talking Celcius or Farenheit?

How are you measuring this? What is your cpu temp at the same time?

How much RAM do you have in your system? If you don't have enough, then your system will slow down and use a lot of disk.

Have you investigated what program is doing most disk activity?

I would not be formatting just yet.

Genuine Windows or dodgy?
Maybe you have installed some crappy software that's infected
ZHPCleaner - run that.
Also run your computer in windows SAFE MODE and see if the hard disk is crazy. This will help determine if hardware/software problem.
