HELP harware problem!!!

My pc is making a loud whistling sound after 2-3 minutes working
i dont have a clue where that comes from or what causes it pls give me some advice guys...

power suplly: FORCE 500W PSU
motherboard: msi 535neo3 ms-7395 version1
graphic card: gainward gts 450
CPU: dualcore duo 2.66Ghz
RAM: 4gb

You really need to identify WHERE the sound is coming from. Open the case and listen. It could be a failing cap on the motherboard or power supply. You really need to narrow down where the noise is coming from.

i dont know what it is mate... i really dont know how to do it, the sound its too loud to identify where it comes from....
although reassembled my wires and its better.... so i ll try reassemble all the parts and ill tell u the results...
