HELP! HDD damaged or bad sectors?

Hi guys i think there is something wrong with my HDD

I currently have two partitions, partition c and g and G contains games. When i play my newly installed games like black ops 2 and deadpool it freezes at certain points of the game and as i was playing black ops there were certain instances that i heard squeaking sounds from the game.
When i try to scan G with my anti virus my computer suddenly slows down and the HDD light indicator goes on steady without blinking, i already checked my cpu and its fine, its not maxed out and my RAM too. can anyone help me with this?

Try to run a scan with HD Tune

http://www.hdtune.com/download.html

You can get the normal or try the pro for 30 days. Both have a error scan option. do NOT do a write benchmark if you try pro as that erases the drive. You want the error scan option.

Also you may be able to use CrystalDiskInfo to check the current smart status.

Please note that ANY bad sector is the start of a bad drive.

If you have ANY realocated sectors in SMART. backup(to CD/DVD/Flash drive/other hard drives or a web service) data ASAP. do not wait. drives can go down hill rather fast.
