HELP , HELP HELP......Farming simulator really laggy, stutters ,

Ok I really WANTED to get in to pc gaming , basically due to the cool Mods consoles don't offer, I bought a older Alienware desktop from a guy, told them what I wanted it for, told me it would more than run fs17 , but it doesn't, well does but be nice to be smoother, the specs for my pc is : Windows 10 pro, processor is a AMD Phenom 2×4 965 , mainboard Gigabyte tech GA-870A-UD3, card is NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 610 , I have 1 tb hard drive, 8gb ram
THE GAME CALLS FOR : AMD/INTEL 2.0 Yes dual core ram 2gb graphics card 1gb direct x ,amd Radeon hd, 6770, Nivida GEFORCE gts 450, DVD roam 2x drive, hard disk space 10 gb, if anyone can offer any help it would be very much appreciated

almost everyhting about that pc is slow and bad nowadays, especially the gpu

i have a 1050 ti gpu, i5 cpu, 8 gb ram and a gigabyte motherboard (around £300 altogether) and it still struggles to run some newer games

to get good performance definitely consider building a completely new pc.
