Help! Hitman Absolution Bad fps!

Hi Community.
This is my 2nd post.

I recently downloaded Hitman Absolution, and I got some terrible fps.
I should be able to run it ok.
I have a DirectX11 Laptop.
And its very strange cuz my laptop is AMD and is supposed that AMD has the preference for running better.

Here my specs:
Processor: AMD A6-4400M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.70GHz
RAM: 8 (7.20 usable)
64-bit Operating System
Total Available Graphics Memory: 4197MB
Dedicated Video Memory: 768MB
System Video Memory: 0MB
Shared System Memory: 3429MB
Windows 7 Professional - Service Pack 1
(Can upgrade to Windows 8 Pro)
HP ProBook 455 G1

So there you go.
If there was any fix for this plz help me!
And just you guys to know.
Im running everyhting on low and off, only level detail and texture quality on high.

Your laptop isn't meant for gaming. The CPU and GPU are too weak to run any modern AAA title. Your hardware isn't powerful enough to run the game smoothly. Sorry.

.... Well thats weird, according to system requirements lab, I should the game fine, And Um, I can for example run games like COD:MW3 or MW2, Borderalnds 1 2 and the pre sequel 2. I Will leave the thread for a bit longer, maybe I get something useful.

If thats the case that I can't run the game, can someone recommend me a Laptop for gaming? But not that costs 2 much, a cheap one, I know that Desktops are more powerful, but I would like a laptop cuz I actually take this one everywhere I go... So I don't get bored sometimes.

Let me give you a little clue, cheap gaming laptops don't exist for the types of games you're now wanting to play.
