Help how do i remove fast boot

i have an Asus B150M-A motherboard and my problem is that i cant acces bios because i have fast boot enabled is there a way to remove it i have tryed to reset the CMOS/RTC but i cant find it on the motherboard or in the manual

Option 1, clearing the CMOS
Option 2, if Windows 10, just google for access BIOS from Win10 or similar.
