HELP! how to disable repeated javascript erro

It used to be that when I visited a webpage that generated javascript errors, I'd see ONE error alert box.

But with this new computer company supplied me with, I get repeated error messages asking me if I wish to debug (y/n), and if I select yes, it pulls up "microsoft development environment 6.0" instead of showing a simple error explanation like it used to show.

Any ideas how to turn off the annoying debug prompting?
 
In Internet Explorer Options - Advanced disable Errortracking in Scripts and Report every script error or somethign similair.
