Hi

I purchased Power DVD (software) a few weeks ago to play BluRay Movies on my HTPC. The Blu Ray disk would load normally with no issues. However, when the movie begins its starts to stutter and break up (please see the pictures in the link). I tried another disk same issue

Please find below details of my HTPC, which is connected to 4K UHD 60” screen via Denon AV receiver

I contacted Power DVD and they provided me with useless generic answer and stated that CPU is not sufficient to handle Blu Ray Playback, which i doubt and hence appreciate your feedback

Im not very tech. savvy but I tried to research the issue further and in the intel website it was talking about "Graphics Accelerator Driver" which i was not able to know if i had the latest version or not and i did not want to mess around with motherboard/bios stuff that is over my head.

Maybe its with frequency, but again all other videos seems to be playing fine except for Blu Ray Disks

I would appreciate your assistance and feedback

Thanks for the reply

I never tried that to be honest.. but i don't think the Denon receiver is the issue as It was connected to Blu Ray player and PS3 and now Xbox one and it process Blu Ray movies just fine.

With regards to resolution thats only the desktop resolution to fit in with 4K TV. The source resolution is 1080p . In case I did change the HTPC resolution Still the same problem
