Help I can't open the programs I installed

So I'm trying to get the android sdk program and I downloaded it. I extracted the files but when I try to open the setup it will open and close in les than a second. I tried downloading another android sdk file but it does the same thing it'll open like a blank box and close quick and it won't load the program I don't know where it is or what to call it I can't find any forums about it

You need and Android file manager app that runs SDK files. The one I use is simply called "File Manager", and it works great.

You'll navigate to the SDK file on your phone/tablet throught the file manager, then tap on it. It will run through like a regular installation.

Just FYI, you're doing this on a phone/tablet, right?
