HELP i cant turn on my agp 8x

What the hell is this [-peep-]. Do a reformat because I had a home page hi jacker and some pop ups i couldnt get rid of. Ans now my 8x agp wont turn on.
There is just to many problems now days with this damn computer.
rant off.

ATI 9700 pro
amd 3000+
1gig ddr
asus nforce 2 333fsb

ati 4.5 drivers on because 4.6 gives me flickering textures in city of heroes.

I dont know what to do now. frickin computer acting up.

city of heros is buggy like that i get some flickering like that no matter what ati drives i have.

And also, in case you didnt know AGP 8X will make almost no difference whatsoever in games when compared to AGP 4x, going from 2x to 4x is a different story however, so if you are stuck in 2x, you will notice a difference. The most lilely reason for this problem is that you dont have your chipset drivers installed. Go and download the latest nforce drivers from the nvidia website and install them, should solve your problems.
