Hi, I'm building my first PC and recently all of the parts finally came in. As I was just getting ready to start building, I noticed that I dont have a lot of the parts that it says it comes with in the user's guide. So I go onto their website and look at how to install the cooler and the parts needed, and it shows the parts that I didn't get. Now I am just wondering If I need to call Corsair and ask them about it or if (hopefully) I don't need the parts. Here is a picture of what the Cooler box came with (I circled everything it didn't come with in red, and I circled 4 of the screws in blue because those are the only screws it came with.) I appreciate any help, thank you. (Also, sorry if this is in the wrong thread catagory)

Actually, you need to contact the vendor you purchased from. If it's within the vendors warranty and RMA period Corsair will tell you to contact the seller.
I believe that, depending on the vendor, the parts you are missing may be meant for AMD systems, and you are meant to request those when you purchase them. I don't know if that is true for the H100i, but I know I saw that when I purchased my H50
