I dropped my seagate hard drive from about 1 foot from a wooden floor. When I plugged it in makes the sound like its going to start up but then sounds a little different like a click or two and stops and is quiet. The light is still on the front of it. What should I do? Its a seagate goflex

It is broken.

If you remove the drive from it's external enclosure and stick the drive in you freezer and freeze it, you maybe able to run a "bare metal recovery"

Once the drive is frozen, stick it into the computer and run your recovery software immediately. you maybe able to recover data off the drive before it warms up

a few apps I've used to recover data from broken disks:

Redo Backup ( http://redobackup.org/ )

Ubuntu Rescue Remix ( http://ubuntu-rescue-remix.org/ )

R-Drive Image ( http://www.drive-image.com/ )

@Active Partition Recovery ( http://www.partition-recovery.com/ )
