HELP!! i have no pcie slot

i have an acer aspier xc 603g compact desktop pc, but i want a new grapics card. It has no pcie slot, but i do have a spare asus mzn-mx motherboard lying around with 2 pci slots (TAN) and one pci16 slot (black) i need to know what i should do and what graphics card i should get for the new motherboard
