Question Help I just built pc and CPU and DRAM EZ Debug light on

So today I built my first pc:
Ram: OLOy 2 8gb sticks
Mobo: b450m bazooka max wifi
CPU: amd ryzen 3 3100

I booted it up and the ez debug lights for cpu and dram, they are both solid white. I have taken apart my pc, checked the cpu and checked all cable connections and put it pack together. But those lights still stay on, what do I do?

Wouldn't the cpu be the issue since the boot order?

Have you tried to boot up with only 1 stick of RAM?

Also are CPU power cables and the cpu fan cable well plugged and in the right pin header?

So to be clear, that memory is NOT on the QVL for your board with a ryzen 3 3100, which may well be the issue. I would contact them at service@oloymemory.com to see if they can give you some advice or an exchange if necessary.

You can try booting one stick at 2133MHz.
