Help! I Made a Mess of Window Color. Can't Change Back

Someone please help me out over here. In the screen shot, I'd like to change that dark blue color back to sky blue or white. I click on all the various things like message box, active title bar, etc but i just can't figure it out. Help. Thank you.

Okay; after clicking personalization, i clicked 'windows classic' theme. Doing that got rid of the dark blue. Now i need my taskbar to go back to classic blue and most of all, on the far right bottom corner, i used to could click anywhere and 'show desktop'; the way it is now there is only a small blue box that i must click. I'd like that to go back to my normal. Also, all the other aero themes are greyed out. I think the theme may change my 'show desktop' thing. thanks

1. Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE
2. Go to the services tab
3. Click on services...
4. Find the themes service, right click it and press restart.
