Help! I need a PCI driver for a Lenovo Thinkcentre M58P Running Windows 7!

Im trying to find a pci driver for my Lenovo but i can't find one. Can someone please find me one? Thanks!

Need way more information, but I would start with a visit to the Lenovo support center. Just as a heads up, sometimes those unknown PCI devices are things like Intel IPMI and such.

The computer looks like it's completely supported up through Win10, so you should be able to find the drivers there:
