The Corsair 650TX would be perfect for you and is one of the most stable and well recognized power supplies currently on the market.

If you want to future proof, grab the 750TX.

650tx $72 after rebate:
http://www.buy.com/prod/corsair-650w-tx-series-80-plus-certified-power-supply-corsair-tx-cmpsu/q/loc/101/206178324.html

The 550vx is the same $72 right now, making the 650tx a better buy:
http://www.buy.com/prod/corsair-550w-vx-series-12v-atx-80-plus-certified-power-supply-corsair/q/loc/101/205852646.html

I think every Corsair is a 80%+ efficient rated, and most PSU's are at their peak efficiency while under about a 50% load:
http://www.corsairmemory.com/_images/charts/tx650w_efficiency.jpg
So I think the 650tx is your best value choice right now.

The corsair 450 should work for your system, but i would go for the 650 if you have the money and want to use the PSU with your next build.

With shipping you're looking at $130...I don't think it's a good deal.

BAM:
http://www.buy.com/prod/cooler-master-690-without-power-supply/q/loc/101/206177908.html

Same case for $77 shipped. Add the $72 Corsair TX650 and you're paying $19 more and getting a much better PSU.

Or a decent Antec 300 for $51 shipped:

I'm using the Corsair 450vx in my aging rig (90nm AMD Opteron dual core @ 2.25ghz, 4 sticks of RAM, 2 DVD burners, 3 7200rpm hard drives, 4 fans and an eVGA overclocked 9600GT). It works fine. But for less than $20 more I would get the 650tx.

A 450 would do it.

My friend is using one on his E6550, 4850, 2 WD640s and it runs fine. I belive the 450 is better than my OCZ 600, and that runs a 4870, my OCed Quad, X-fi, 2 seagates just dandy. I saw it for $40 in the newegg newsletter the other day, it is not as high quality as the corsairs but it should run your rig.

$61 shipped for that? Thumbs down :non:

I think you should just go with the separate case and 650 PSU on buy.com. It has 52amps on the +12v, it has the 2 x 6-pin PCIe connectors for your GTX+, and it's at peak efficiency at about 300-350 watts- about what you'll be using when gaming on an OC'ed Q6600. It's about $20 more than the one on newegg with the lower quality PSU. $20 = no headaches...well worth it IMO.
