Question Help I need somebody.

Hi

I have recently bought a new
Motherboard (B450 Tomahawk Max)
CPU (AMD Ryzen 5 1600)
Memory (Corsair 32GB 2x 16GB)
I am not getting any signal to my monitor.
Here is a list of things I have tried so far

• I have taken every component out a minimum of 3 times.
• Changed from using my monitor to connecting it to my TV.
• Replaced my monitor cable with a fresh one.
• Shorted the Cmos.
• Removed the Cmos Battery.

I am out of ideas now. If anyone can help, it will be much appreciated.

What gpu do you have,r5 1600 doesnt have integrated graphics

MSI N460GTX Cyclone
I have tried with and without the card installed.

on you board do you have any debug led that stay on in boot process also monitor should be connect to gpu out .

Def won't work without the graphics card installed so keep it. Is everything plugged in correctly? check the CPU power connector as sometimes stays loose if the board is new, you should hear a click sound. what's the power supply?

The CPU light comes on for 5 seconds then goes off.
While the backlight goes from white to red after the same 5 seconds

I have checked every cable going to and coming out of the motherboard to many times to count.

so it does not pass cpu phase you need to check this one to get o the next phase one .

The CPU light comes on for 5 seconds then goes off.
If I remove the RAM the ram debug light stays on so i assumed the CPU was not the problem.
