Help. I replaced the charging port in my yoga pro 2 and now it won't power up.

Used a new, full plug assembly I purchased on Amazon. Followed instructional video. The red charging light is on and the white power on button is on, but it won't power up.

I took it apart again to make sure everything plugged in and secure- all looks correct. Now what?!

Is the battery in or out while trying to do this? If in, try doing it without the battery in. If it works then, your cord and/or the battery could be an issue as well.

If the charger cord is not working correctly, and you can have damage to it without being able to see the damage, then it won't deliver enough power to both charge and run the system.
