I play FPS games like BF4 and 3 I currently have them on high settings, When I play my CPU gets to temperatures from 70*C - 85*C. My Graphics card gets around 70*C. My CPU is a Intel i7 4790K @ 4.00 GHz with the stock cooler. My Graphics card is an EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 SC with 2GB Graphics. My case is a Thermaltake A31 with 2 stock fans. I've only had this computer for around a month now and I am getting worried about the temps that my CPU is getting. The program that I am using to monitor my CPU's temp is Real Temp and the one for my graphics card is the GPU Meter Desktop Gadget.

I gather from your mail address that you are in Oz?
Look around on http://au.pcpartpicker.com/
They have many coolers listed there and I see that the CM part being recommended comes in at around $37.

I cannot personally recommend any cooler. Run a stock cooler on my little i3 and it serves me well enough.

Thanks for replying. I'm 99.99% sure that the CPU is fitted correctly, it doesn't move at all when I push it a bit and the pins are pushed all the way down. I'm kind of a noob so I have no clue what your second sentence means 😛 sorry. btw the idle temps are 30-40*C and when the computer turns on like the initial start-up its around 55-65*C. Thanks for your help.

Yes, getting more fans was my first option. I am going to go with corsair AF Performance fans and maybe a SP one for the drive cage. Idk what fan controller to get any suggestions.
As for cooler I was thinking to go with the http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_23&products_id=12959 or the http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_160_1694&products_id=26099&zenid=802f3c03fb7996ea2def596946ed41c3 .
Thanks for replying!!

I'd go with the other suggestions and replace the stock cooler. Don't forget the thermal grease!

Do you have any suggestions on what cooler to get e\besides the CM Hyper 212 Evo
